The more magic someone has the faster it absorb it.

The magic once implanted inside the target  can grow from the target body. After taking at least a 25% of the target magic. The being which grow from the user is a pure all white version of it's caster.

If the white Trillion was grown with success it can than fuse with any given target. Giving the target the magic that was stolen to either boost the target magic back up or heal wounds.

The white Trillion could Halt it's growing around it's target to turn to a hard shell.  Which can trap the target for a short while.

The magic Technique needs magic to work if there isn't any than it won't or can't active.

The white Trillion could easily be stopped by a different D class attack.

The white Trillion have only one order well can only receive one order. Which means if the caster tells it to heal someone than that what it will do. It won't attack or defend but set to heal the given target.

The white Trillion are made out of plant life which means fire based abilities could end them.

The white Trillion will base it's battle Techniques off whomever it spouted form. Which means if it came out a wizard who could fly it would try to fly as well. But the thing is if the caster can't do what whomever the white Trillion came from than it can't do it either. Like if Trillion could cast water based magic and also the target than so can the white Trillion. However if the caster can't preform water Techniques but the target can than the white Trillion can't.
