Perk 1: Ambidextrous: Kyoto is one of the few people in the world that can use both hands equally. Able to write with both hands, wield a sword, throw weapons, and anything else you can think of that most can't do with the hand opposite of their main.
Perk 2: Advanced Hand to Hand Combat Training: Kyoto has developed hand to hand combat skills varying from simple street fighting, boxing, ninjitsu, taijutsu, and karate.

The first Perk is approved but the Second is not. You cannot not have a Character Perk that is combat oriented.

Edited, just removed the +1 Rank - Perks "use" to be considered buffs also, so many changes >.>
