Perk 1: Widespread Translation: While training under the Devil Lord Zan, Shen had learned to communicate not only with other devils and demonic creatures, but also other ethereal beings. When time passed, he achieved the ability to translate every scripture that his eyes can see (with the exception of scriptures with combative purposes).

Perk 2: Devilish Appearance: At first sight, people are often mistaking Shen for an actual devil. This is due to his childhood with Zan and adapting the expressions and interaction of demonic beings, he is often mistaken for an actual devil, despite his very humanic appearance. His origin as an Etherious has something to do with that too...

Okays... so what's the perk exactly? You say 'communicate' and 'read.' Are you referring to reading in general or is there some special form of reading this perk does?

No. That is a definitive no. The only, only way that this will pass is if it states that you need permission from the user to read the thoughts. Even then, they must be of equal and or lower rank than your character.

I meant that the perk means that I can read/speak a lot more than just "regular" words; I can speak/translate almost every scripture that exists.

The first perk, I'm counting as two. 1) communicating with creatures and 2) reading anything. Even seperated, this is too much. You can't communicate with every thing nor can you read any thing. I will ask you to narrow this down to a group of something. That or explain what you can read/narrow down. If you do go through languages, you can say that you are able to read any current language written through nonmagical means. That, I will let pass.
