A derivative of maker magic using the green and black flames wielded by the Grim Reaper himself the user of this magic creates weaponry and shields based off the hourglass, scythe, and mantle of the Grim Reaper as well as create attacks that look like ghosts and wraiths that drain magical energy from their enemies leaving them weak and defenseless. Creatures that are considered to be undead or similar in make up would surely fear the extra damage coming from this magic to them. The extra damage thing can be considered a perk which currently isn't allowed. However in the future you may add that.

Can intimidate some allies and clients making them uncooperative  Honestly this seems more like a flavor weakness, more of a choice thing. Can you add a different weakness?
Some spells exhibit higher mana costs than normal Even if some spells exhibit higher mana cost you can't buff the spell even more. This is simply more of a choice, just a side note.
