Description: A long black sword with an ancient magical symbol on the blade. It is said that there are only 2 others like it in the world. The blades can only be wielded by those who signed a blood contract which only appears to those the sword deems worthy.

The sword translates into Magic Cutter, as it has the ability to cut through magic power and auras, absorbing said power and transferring the mana to it's owner. Kemuri can use this to replenish his mana and also to deplete his opponent's if they are cut by it.

(Once the system is finished I'm sure there'll be some limitations and rules for this weapon and stuff)

You were right, systems have hanged. Unless I'm mistaken there is no longer a mana system on the site.

Other than that the ability to and absorb magic I will have to shoot down. If I was to allow this to pass all magic would become pointless against you since you can just destroy it with your sword.

So this ability will have to change drastically if you want to keep it or will have to change altogether. I will allow you cut magic only it is the same rank as your weapon or lower and there must be a cool down to that ability.
