*Personal Templates will be allowed, but all of this information must be found within it.
*Do not leave the thing in parenthesis () in the application at the time of grading. Keep it looking neat and organize or your application will take longer to pass grading inspection.
*When done with your application, post in Help Desk or your application will take longer to grade and/or may be skipped. Bump when done as well and, if not graded within a few hours, bump every 12 hours after that.
