Special: Allows the user to return powers that are directed to him, or stop them completely. Nonetheless, it has many downsides such as being incapable of reflecting non-magical attacks and not being able of using this technique offensively; meaning they cannot begin any form of attack unless they are attacked first. The user is also helpless when ambushed with multiple attacks as it can only be used one at a time. Kyoto is able to reflect one attack every 5 posts that are of D and C rank. B-Rank spells are only capable of being stopped. A direct attack that connects with this item that is of B rank and above will destroy it until the end of the topic.

The ability to Bounce back an Attack at all I don't think I'll approved but the ability to reflect the attack and have it stronger is definitely not approved. Please change the ability
