Multi-Element Magic

This allows for a mage to have access to more than 1 element without having Secondary or Tertiary magic. So if you wanted your mage to have earth, water, and wind magic spells this would apply to you. Because you haven't focused on one particular element you are more so a jack-of-all-trades being that it is possible for you to have all 5 basic elements in your magic.

• Elemental spell is 1 Rank weaker versus same rank same element spell.
  
• Elemental spell is 2 ranks weaker versus same rank elemental spell that naturally counters the element.

Such as requips and takeover users not having secondary or tertiary magic due to the limitless versatility of these magics and the fact there is not dead set limit on the number of spells you can have.

This is regarding someone wanting more than secondary and tertiary, for example someone has 5 elements in their magic and it's not requip or takeover. So this is why these rules are being established. Secondary is only up to two, tertiary is three.

I'll let this sit for another day before putting it in.

With the system like this will you be penalizing differently those who have Two elements versus those that have 3 elements, etc?

This was based on someone that has 5 Elements - So we will say this if your magic has multiple elements and it isn't your Secondary or Tertiary magic you will penalized.
