Note: We're using japanese honorifics so here's a definition:

Senpai: A senpai is a senior or more experienced member of a particular group. Someone with more experience then you.
Kouhai: A Kouhai is a junior, or someone with less experience then you.
Rules for being a senpai:
1. All 'senpai' must have approved characters and an approved magic. This is for verification that you've gone through the channels of the site and know how it works.
2. When a senpai is given a kouhai, the senpai should be capable of answering any and all questions they may have. "I don't know" should not be a repetitive answer. If there is something you truly do not know, contact staff.
3. Activity is a must. You agree to keep yourself active and regularly update staff of your activity and if somethings going on you must make a thread to notify that you will be absent. Even one day absences should be reported.
4. Unruly behavior is not tolerated on either end. If your kouhai is being disrespectful or flat out rude, PM Silver Wolf and or any admin to let us know. The same goes for any member. We encourage our newer members to PM us if your feel uncomfortable with your senpai, we can change you to another.
5. We, as staff, assign the new members to have senpai. You may let us know if the load is getting too much for you and we will stop giving you new members to mentor. You will be expected to continue mentoring the new members you have already been assigned so let us know as soon as the work load becomes a lot.
6. A lot of the kouhai will be brand new rpers in addition to being new members. Show them the ropes and rp with them, if possible. We won't force you to corrupt your characters plot if it doesn't make sense, but always be ready for pointers.
7. Staff may become senpai if they so choose, but they may not choose their kouhai.
8. Anybody can be a kouhai.
9. In order to become a senpai you must show at least a general understanding of the rules and regulations of this site. While we won't explicitly test you for perfection we will expect you to understand the rules. If, for any reason, we think you may not know the rules as well as we expect a senpai to you will be tested to prove your understanding of the rules.
