    Changes {log 1}

    Spellpower adjusted so that everyone can compete with those near their rank.

    Healing Power adjusted to fit new spellpower.

    Gear damage/damage reduction adjusted to fit new spell power

    Non-Magic damage adjusted

    Mana for each rank slightly increased
